Will | Transcription: "In the name of God Amen: I Nathan Magehee of the County of Jackson, State of Georgia do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give my sould to almighty God, hopeing for pardon for all my sins, through the suffering of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and for my worldly estate which it hath pleased God to bestow on me I do give in manner and form following. I give to my son Nathan Magehee five shilling sterlin with a ll that he has received of me to him and his heirs forever. I give to my son Jesse Magehee on Negro boy named Simon and eighty pounds to be paid in dollars at six shillings each to him and his heirs forever. I give to my daughter Patsy Magehee a Negro, Ped and a feather bed and a black horse named Jack and eighty pounds to be paid in dollars at six shillings each during her life and at her death to be equally divided between my four sons, Jesse, Robert, OSBURN and Solomon to them and their heirs forever. I give to my son Robert Magehee a Negro man named Mat and one feather bed and furniture, and eighty pounds money to be paid in dollars at six shillings each to him and his heirs forever. I give to my son OSBURN MAGEHEE a Negro boy named Payton and eighty pounds m oney to be paid in dollars at six shillings each to him and his heirs forever. I give to my son solomon Magehee a Negro boy named Manchester and eighty pounds to be paid in dollars at six shillings each to him and his heirs forever. I give to my son Miel Megeehee five shillings to him and his heirs forever. I give all the rest of my estate, be it of whatever kind or quality soever to be divided between my sons Jesse & OXBURN & Solomon equally I do appoint my son Jesse McGeeHee and my friend John Shepperd to be the executors of this my last will and testament. In withness therefore, I have set my hand and seal this 15th day of August, 1803.
