Probate | Samuel Hillman Cannady Jr is identified as the Executor of the Estate of his father, Samuel Hillman Cannady Sr. This Probate Case was brought forth by the Estate against Defendants: ML Edwards, Sarah J Edwards (his wife), JB Perry, and GC Patterson. There were several Court documents and appearances from July 1889 through April 1900.
The Court decided in favor of the Estate and ordered the Defendants to sell some land with the proceeds, plus other expenses, going to the Estate.
