At that time, there were a total of 10 heirs listed that were his children. His son, Ganum Duncan, was listed as the Executor. Those heir/children listed during Probate were: (1) Harriet Shipes (nee Duncan), (2) Ganum Duncan, (3) Cannon Duncan, (4) Isaac Duncan, (5) Pharoah Duncan, (6) Artalissa Duncan, (7) Jasper Duncan, (8) Sarah Ann Earnhart (nee Duncan), (9) Louisa Lauo (nee Duncan), and (10) Emaline Mason (nee Duncan).
