Bruce F Troutman Obituary and Family Listing Bruce Troutman, 94, of Decatur passed away Saturday (Feb. 13, 1999) in McKinley Court. Mr. Troutman was born in Bearsdale on Feb. 25, 1904, the son of Frank S. and Elizabeth Barner Troutman. He was a member of Central Christian Church and a retired farmer. He married Georgia Betzer on March 20, 1933. She preceded him in death on May 25, 1967. Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Richard (Janet) Dow of Elgin; sister, Mrs. Beryl (Ruth) Kinser of Decatur; grandson, Scott Dow of Metropolis.
