Omer B Troutman Obituary and Family Listing KEWANNA — Omer B. Troutman, 73, Kewanna, died at 4:55 p.m. Monday in his residence. He was born Aug. 7, 1913, in Kewanna, to Hal P. and Elizabeth Barnett Troutman. On Aug. 9, 1958, he was married at Logansport to Grace Cohagan, who survives. He was a retired street maintenance employee for the Town of Kewanna and a member of the Fathers Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars 1121, Kewanna. He was a veteran of World War I]. Also surviving are a daughter, Trudy Haney, Akron; two sons, Terry B., Kewanna, and Sgt. Tim B., Fort Bragg, N.C.; a stepson, James Cohagan, Monticello; three brothers, Dennis and Joseph, both of Kewanna, and Charles, Murtaugh, Idaho; a sister, Mary Troutman, Indianapolis; five grandchildren, four step- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services wil] be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home, Kewanna, with the Rev. Dennis Ingle officiating. Burial will be in Barnett Cemetery, Kewanna. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. until the time of services Thursday in the funeral home. Terry Bruce Troutman Obituary and Family Listing Terry B. Troutman, 79, of Bruce Lake, IN, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, August 15, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. Born on June 23, 1943, he was the son of the late Omer and Mildred (Shaw) Troutman. He was a graduate of Kewanna High School, Class of 1961. Terry was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in Vietnam. He retired from CFS in Kewanna in 2008 after 43 years, where he was manager of the chemical warehouse. Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing cards, especially Euchre. He was a member of the VFW James Talbott Post #1121 in Kewanna and was a former post commander. He was also a member of the American Legion in Rochester. Survivors include two children; companion, Darlene Masunas; and three grandchildren. Terry was also preceded in death by one grandson; one brother, Tim Troutman; and one sister, Trudy Haney. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory Metzger Chapel in Kewanna, IN. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 PM on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the funeral home. Tim Brian Troutman Obituary and Family Listing Tim Troutman, 72, of Kewanna, passed away peacefully at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020, at home. Born on April 13, 1948, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Omer and Mildred (Shaw) Troutman. He was a 1967 Kewanna High School graduate. Tim was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps and served in the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He later joined the U.S. Army and served in Operation Desert Storm, where he received the Bronze Star and retired from the Army in 1998 as sergeant first class. He retired from Plymouth Tube in 2010. Tim was a lifetime and charter member of the Kewanna James F. Talbott VFW Post 1121 and a member of the American Legion in Rochester. Tim enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards with Terry and friends, and attending as many sporting events of his grandchildren as possible. He was very proud of his time in the Marines and Army and made many lifelong friends. Survivors include his daughters, Teresa Davis (David), of Leiters Ford, and Andrea Callahan (Eric), of Winamac; brother, Terry Troutman (Darlene), of Kewanna; grandchildren, Tiffany Rimpler (Garrett), of Winamac, Brandon Conner, of North Judson, Tristan Conner, of California, Whitney Hook, of Winamac, Rylee Daugherty, of Winamac, Meghan Brewer (Jordan), of Mooresville, Kelsey Callahan, of Mooresville, and Brenna Callahan, of Mooresville. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by former wife Sherri Lett, of Kewannna.
