Robert. E. Sullivan, 87, of 116
N. Fourth St, died this morning
at Allen County Hospital.
Born at Decatur, Ill, Mr. Sulli-
van came to Allen County with
his parents when he was a small
boy and settled west of LaHarpe.
He later moved to a farm two
and a half miles south of Iola
where he farmed and had a
dairy. In 1950 he moved to Iola.
He was a member of the Com-
munity Baptist Church.
Survivors include the widow of
the home: two sisters, Mrs. Josie
Hess of Humboldt and Mrs. Della
Hess of Arlington, Va.: and several
nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2
p.m. Monday at the Waugh Funeral Home
with the Rev. Ray Nitcher officiating.
Burial will be in Iola Cemetery.
