Hudspeth, both infant heirs of Joseph Hudspeth, deceased, etc. direct land to be divided between the two children. Court Order Book E 3 Feb 1823 On complaint of James Hudspeth, ward of Michael Holland, it ordered that summons against said Holland directed to the sheriff of Todd County to appear here at the march term of this court to show cause, if any, why he should not be discharged from guardianship of said Hudspeth. Court Order Book E page 381 March 1823 Michael Holland, guardian of James Hudspeth, infant orphan of Joseph Hudspeth, against whom summons was awarded at the last term of this court, came into court and relinquished his said guardianship.
