Kanawha County West Virginia Deed Book C, pages 332, 333 12 Feb 1808 between Michael Holland and Aggatha his wife of the County Kanawha and State of Virginia and richard Deiring of the County Greenup and State of Kentucky.....consideration of one dollar ...land in County Kanawha on Mud River Fluvanna County Virginia Book 5 page 500 and book 8 page 109-113 (1821-1825) this is a division of the land of Hezekiah Holland: names listed: Guthrie Morris and wife Dorothy; Horace Timberlake & wife Catherine; Richard Holland and wife Lucy; Shandy Holland and wife Lucy, all of Fluvana County Virginia; Michael Holland and wife Anna of Todd County Kentucky; Major Holland and wife Elizabeth of Simpson County Kentucky; Hezekiah Holland and wife Francis of Warren County Kentucky and John Holland of Fuvanna County Virginia. Warren County Kentucky Court Order Book E 2 Feb. 1818 On the motion of Michael Holland, guardian for James Hudspeth, and George Hudspeth, guardian for Solomen (?) Hudspeth, both infant heirs of Joseph Hudspeth, deceased, etc. direct land to be divided between the two children. Court Order Book E 3 Feb 1823 On complaint of James Hudspeth, ward of Michael Holland, it ordered that summons against said Holland directed to the sheriff of Todd County to appear here at the march term of this court to show cause, if any, why he should not be discharged from guardianship of said Hudspeth. Court Order Book E page 381 March 1823 Michael Holland, guardian of James Hudspeth, infant orphan of Joseph Hudspeth, against whom summons was awarded at the last term of this court, came into court and relinquished his said guardianship. Court Order Book E March 1823 James Hudspeth, infant orphan of Joseph Hudspeth, did choose George O.
