Rogers, wit. 1801 - death of Ben's wife - from Ann Mims Wright, A Record of the Descendants of Isaac Ross and Jean Brown, in the diary of Arthur Brown Ross, entry for October 4, 1801, "After breakfast William Moores, Isaac Conger and Phoebe Hendly with us, all set off for Brother Ben Davis'.
