Roy L Milliser Obituary and Family Listing STURGIS — Roy L. Milliser, 94, 307 N. Franks, Ave., died May 22, 1996, at Thurston Woods Village. | He was born Aug. 18, 1901, in Leitersford, ind., a son of Jacob and Pearl Milliser. On May 21, 1925, he married Ila Wright, in Cassopolis. She died Oct. 18,1901. He moved to Thurston Woods Village in 1990, coming from Constantine. Before that, he had made his home on a farm in Cass County where he was a farmer. Surviving are one daughter, Betty Messner, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four grandchildren, Connie Milliser, California, Michael Messner, Constantine, Melissa Beckford and Tim Roy Messner, both of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, William J. Milliser. There will be visitation or services at this time. Cremation has taken place. Graveside services and burial of the cremains will be at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Rosenberg-Schipper Funeral Home, Sturgis.
