Daniel Paul Mulvey-Hollenback Obituary and Family Listing Daniel Paul Mulvey of Sequim, Washington passed away at his home on May 20, 2024. He was 67. Daniel was born July 4, 1956, in Susanville, California to Dwight and Barbara (Freeman) Hollenback. He graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science in geography. This enabled him to work as a geographic researcher for Safeway, helping the company decide the best locations for new stores. In 2012, Daniel found a new location for himself, moving from California to the Olympic Peninsula. Daniel was a well-rounded individual with diverse interests and hobbies. He was a man of faith, and a member of Sequim Community Church. He loved spending time outdoors hiking trails, riding his bicycle, golfing and sailing. He also enjoyed reading, listening to music, and photographing the scenery of the Olympic Peninsula. Another thing Daniel cherished was conversation, often engaging his loved ones in deep discussions. Daniel is survived by his mother, Barbara Tingley; brother, Brian (Kelly) Mulvey; and nephew, Cameron Cleveland. He was preceded in death by his father, Dwight Hollenback, and his stepfather, Gerald Mulvey. Sequim Valley Chapel is honored to serve the family.
