Huron Henderson Obituary and Family Listing Huron Henderson LAPORTE — Huron Henderson, 61, of 1600 Dundee Ave., Elgin, 111., formerly of LaPorte, died at 5:15 a.m. Monday in Veteran's Adminis-tration Hospital, Indianapolis, after an extended ness. He was born in Kew nna, Ind., Feb. 11, 1911, and had lived in this area most o his life. He was employed the George S. May Co., Chicago, and was the leader of a dance band for many years before World War II. He married Cassa L. Putman, who survives, with a son, Sgt. Brock, stationed with the Army in Stutgart, Germany, and a sister, Mrs. Ralph Hewlett of Knox. The Cutler Bros. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
