Alfretta Neff (nee Beery) Obituary and Family Listing Published in The Rochester News-Sentinel Saturday, January 7, 1950 Alfretta Neff Mrs. Alfretta NEFF, 81, died at 3:40 a.m. today at the home of her son, Clyde NEFF, about 3 1/2 miles southwest of Rochester. She had been ill several months. Born May 23, 1868, in Fulton county, she was the daughter of Aaron and Catherine BEERY and lived here her entire life. In 1889, in this county, she was married to Thomas F. NEFF, who preceded her in death 13 years ago. A member of the Burton Methodist church, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert SMITH and Mrs. Hugh WILSON, Kewanna, and two sons, Dean NEFF, Rochester, and Clyde NEFF. The body will be taken from the Foster funeral home this evening to the Clyde Neff residence, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday. The Rev.
